What do you dislike about Muck Rack? The upgrade to the Alerts has been difficult to adapt to. Our team needs a simple way to edit our alerts to monitor relevant coverage. We do not need to track as intensely through all the options Muckrack has. It's been really difficult to update existing alerts through the new trackers system and it seems like all my old alerts have to be deleted and redone in order to be able to edit as needed, which is time-consuming. Unfortunately, it is not a great resource for journalists' phone number, understanding that journalists are more reluctant to share their numbers these days. I like that I can find reporters interested in a given topic, and it shows me how they covered the subject in the past. It also provides an email to contact the media member. I always need to know an outlet's reach, and Muck Rack is great for that. I've recommended it to more than one colleague, so I would say I highly recommend it. If I build a list of reporters -- the longer the list, the longer the lag. I'd like the lag to not exist. Signing in sometimes is a hassle.
