Fun, innovative, makes users want to try it, works (positive feedback from clients when their teams are in the field, they put into practice what they have seen during training). When I encounter a problem, you respond quickly and it is very appreciated. Rapid deployment at clients. MB is increasingly appreciated by our clients, generally we start with a pilot and then deploy it to other teams, or we are asked for new simulations and personas. **What do you dislike about muchbetter.ai?** Dashboard: to view and download data in CSV or other file formats, often requested by clients. Although we will go through Metabase, it would be cool for clients to be autonomous. Be able to quickly see which simulation(s) a persona is associated with because it quickly becomes a hassle. Add more photos of Black or mixed-race people (client request for Africa in particular). Not be forced to go through pathways, because even if we have multiple simulations per client, they do not address the same teams. So all my pathways contain only one simulation except for the MPP pathway because our trainers have access to everything that way. Be able to register users via a CSV file or others, and not have to do it manually, as well as being able to add the activation date (with sending of password creation email) and automatic deactivation. So being able to have scheduling would be great. Sometimes the AI bugs. **What problems is muchbetter.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allow us to offer our clients an innovative tool, as they are increasingly demanding AI, to have quick and immediate feedback, to enable their teams to train regularly or intensively. ### 2. I don't necessarily have a conventional approach with my prospects, yet it worked very well. Moreover, I greatly appreciated the corrections, explanations, and the rather kind tone during the tests. **What do you dislike about muchbetter.ai?** I wouldn't say much, maybe the fact that we don't take enough time to do it.
