Your business transitioned to mobile solutions to create a connected workforce and to provide ability and real-time visibility into operations. However, you won’t maximize that value without a mobile device management (MDM) solution. Mobile device management solutions give IT administrators centralized control over devices remotely to update them, enforce policies, and secure them. Additionally, MDM allows IT administrators to continually monitor devices, catching issues even before the user recognizes them, so there’s time to replace it from your spares pool and send it for service, eliminating downtime.
