**What do you like best about Mtalkz?**

Simple process to set up the account and integrate the API.

**What do you dislike about Mtalkz?**

Not a red flag but would be better in providing some of the services. For eg. OTP verification API doesn't have duration limit / expiration time.

**Recommendations to others considering Mtalkz:**

Can concentrate on developing well-versed individuals in terms of English Communication is a must.
The BD team is very supportive and approachable.
The SMS API is good and can be improved as per current requirements.
The MTalkz analytics feature in the web portal must be enhanced and the current one looks very basic but still serves purpose.

**What problems is Mtalkz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SMS API is useful and they need to be improve on providing an Omni channel service

automation needed for credits which gets finished and their is no alert for the person to know the same

- Competitive pricing.
- User authentication is a breeze.

- A dedicated mobile application would be the cherry on top.
- The product sometimes crashes without any warning.

**What problems is Mtalkz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Supporting our digital campaigns with a whole lot of options available to engage our customers. 
- Sending out promotional and sales messages are much easier.
