# how can i trust mspy? I use the program for my child. It helped us in a time that our child was being bullied but would not give us a name. My favorite feature has to be the ability to request the current contacts as that's how w figured out who the person was. I did not have any issues and did not need technical support. I have used mspy as well and their mobile interface is a little easier to navigate BUT it also causes the device to glitch which causes the user to think something is going on.
