We are fascinated by its price, of only $ 29.99 (this is a single investment, without cutting maintenance, whose payment can be debited annually). (but I can handle MSP) :) **What do you dislike about MSP360 Connect?** In the order of priority (what I'd like to see done most) -- The one-time code needed to install the product is weird and makes for a somewhat difficult download process. No remote printing. No way to configure the product while logged in with product (maybe there is and I just don't know how.) Not enough and/or no information on creating manageable configuration files to distribute to specific computers. Hoping to see support for Android and iOS in the future. **Recommendations to others considering MSP360 Connect:** From a user standpoint: Don't expect remote printing at this time. This product is great for systems that don't have a keyboard/mouse on them. Also, logging into either virtual machines running processes and/or other running physical machines that don't have a keyboard and mouse on them (security camera system, home media player, etc.) Remote Assistant lets me log into those computers (virtual or physical) and control things easily without having to find an unused keyboard and mouse to plug in. ### 15. Always good to see excellent free software. It's very easy and quite intuitive to use, if you've used TeamViewer before it is very similar is most respects. Love the fact that unattended access uses the computers actual password. That's a great feature. You can also do the very pointless, but non the less very cool thing of using Cloudberry from within TeamViewer. Like I said pointless, but when you ask yourself the question I wonder if... well you know stuff happens. **What do you dislike about MSP360 Connect?** The main dislike is the lack of an address book. It also hangs or stops altogether sometimes while I've been using it. But as the software is free and this doesn't happen too often I can live with it. I would suggest you create a "pretty URL" for that site to make it easier. I wanted to set up 12am to 6am backups, and you need to set up start at 12am and run for 6 hours.
