The product is easy to install, and remote installation packages are easy to create. Customization is a nice feature. The remote access portal is full-featured. There are issues sometimes with the installer not carrying over some of the custom settings like unattended access. Often, the mouse does not work properly, or at all on the remote computer... sometimes I cannot right-click with the mouse which is a big issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering MSP360 Connect: The solution with CloudBerry is to quickly and securely access and control a desktop computer or remote server over the Internet. It accesses the work computer from home and vice versa. As file software, it is very useful in managing the multimedia file and setting up access controls, so that only a few chosen people see the work. It is also recommended to keep the information in one place, and thus achieve mobility when working with many backups. The program is robust and works reliably. With this service we can track the versions of our documents professionally and confidentially. We also greatly improve our ability to duplicate data and create continuous backups. Another great benefit is that through the Internet, we can access from our computer to the equipment in question and check what is wrong and solve it without problems and has voice chat and text, so that while performing maintenance or repair tasks, we can talk to the other person and solve the problem. A huge advantage that cloudberry backup implies for us is the ability to compress all kinds of information and upload it to more than 30 external servers, including the Google Cloud platform. Cloudberry is good for keeping information in the cloud under great security, and for working with clients such as amason S3 or azure, whose reputation is a good precedent. We are fascinated by its price, of only $ 29.99 (this is a single investment, without cutting maintenance, whose payment can be debited annually). The platform retains online documentation, and its web archiving system organizes the files in the appropriate files. It also allows us to work with electronic archiving. Cloudberry has a small limitation when working with incremental backups, as these cannot be programmed during the march, but to run automatically after meeting some requirements.
