MSP360 Managed Backups quickly lets us, a fairly small MSP, see the state of backup jobs running on our clients' systems. We can view and manage almost all settings from within the web console, as well as running state, percentage of data transferred to storage (local or cloud), backup job history, and can do this on the level of a single client system, a single client company, or according to other searchable features (in non-company groups).

Restore jobs can be initiated just as easily from the web management console.

The ability to use a variety of cloud storage providers means that we can dial in the needs of particular clients while still getting great storage rates for those who do no have specific security needs.

Pricing tiers result in significant savings on the per-client cost after a fairly small number of systems are placed on the plan, and get better as you add more, on top of starting off fairly reasonably-priced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MSP360 Managed Backup doesn't have much in the way of integrations with other non-MSP360 RMM solutions, and there are a small number of backup features (rarely used by us) that can only be accessed from the application running on the client's system, requiring remote access to deal with.
