MSP360, formerly Cloudberry Labs, has been our backup partner for several years now and has been both reliable and helpful. Their technical support team has been very responsive whenever we've needed them. What do you dislike about MSP360 Backup? Their support for Linux environments is there, but minimal. It's improved over time, though, and they are responsive to feature requests. MSP360 Managed Backup solves the problem of identifying which machines in our environment are in or out of compliance with backups. It provides us a robust off-site, cloud-based backup solution which we have found to be reliable when it comes to restoring data. MSP360 is solid software and continues to have new features and security regularly updated. Because it is the software used to manage the backup without getting locked into using any particular type of cloud storage the flexibility for choosing your preferred cloud is key. MSP360 has so many features it is sometimes a little difficult to find where the particular menu item is to be found. Some are accessed via an ellipse where others are undfer a normal text menu item. Once configured for the cloud storage of your choice settings are locked in to keep multiple versions of the incremental backup and/or create a weekly or monthly full backup if required. The setup also allows triggers to move from one step to the next so that if a step fails then the backup stops there and a notification is sent. Makes my MSP life much easier.
