Having now used the product for persona and business use, I've adapted all my personal backups to use M365 Backup - backing up to B2 and local drives as well as Wasabi for additional protection. It's incredibly straight forward to use and it's as close to "set it and forget it" as backups can be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MSP360 Backup?

With most backup systems, if you want to make the best use of it, you'll need to use their own backup formats and as such, you'll need the software to recover backups - you can't just log in to your remote storage and simply copy from there. What do you like best about MSP360 Backup?

I was looking for a solution to backup Hyper-V virtual machines that fell into my lap. I looked around and kept seeing MSP360 popping up. They set a meeting up with me and went over every question I had and had an answer for everything I threw at them. I feel confident if there was a failure or I needed to restore a VM I would be able to, and have done so on a couple occasions. I have since switched all of my customers to MSP360 from SQL version of backup, to just a normal windows server to replace the on prem windows server backup. Couldn't be happier with the level of service and support I have gotten. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
