What problems is MSP360 Backup solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was previously a Carbonite partner, and MSP360 Managed backup is an absolute breath of fresh air. It works, it is easily managed, the website is fantastic. I can easily restore, edit the backup scheme, and more from the website-- which is very responsive.

The onboarding process was a cinch, the support is fantastic (not that I need it often). The pricing is more than fair, and gives you a lot of choice between different storage platforms. I personally use Backblaze B2, and it works so, so well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MSP360 Backup?

It is the best file and directory backup software and the best part is that it is compatible with all Operating systems. I can see and store all my important files and directories on MSP360 Standalone storage. I purchased a Standalone Backup solution that provides 5TB of storage space for backup. I use it every day to sync important Objects. It also provides an Object locking system for better security. I can also backup my applications databases, images, and VM backup. I also recommended to use the software.

It is integrated with my operating system very well and installation and implementation are easy.

The biggest benefit is the time and hassle it saves us. The intuitive dashboard gives us full visibility into the backup status for each client, so we can quickly identify and address any issues.
