msgboxx is a WhatsApp Business platform that helps organisations manage customer conversations across teams, automate repetitive messaging, and connect WhatsApp with their existing CRM and business systems. Built around the official WhatsApp Business Platform, msgboxx provides a shared team inbox, conversation assignment, templates, broadcasts, automated replies, AI-powered assistants, mobile access, CRM integrations and APIs. Businesses can centralise WhatsApp conversations that would otherwise be spread across individual staff devices, improving visibility, response times and data control. msgboxx is particularly suited to businesses where WhatsApp is a key customer communication channel, including estate agencies, recruitment companies and other multi-user sales and service teams. It supports both fully centralised team inbox deployments and WhatsApp Business App coexistence, allowing businesses to choose the setup that best fits how their staff work.
