**What do you like best about MSG91?**

There is nothing to like. Its a brand, so I availed the services, but later on I came to know, its a player of my choice.

**What do you dislike about MSG91?**

Everything, which includes : 
1. Rates are higher than others
2. Support services are poor
3. Interface is not user friendly and highly complicated.
4. They believe more on Robots rather than Humans.

**Recommendations to others considering MSG91:**

Not Recommended

**What problems is MSG91 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Requirement was of Bulk Promotional and Transactional SMS & Bulk Voice Calls. They are just providing SMS services, nothing else. They don't have proper plugins to integrate with Wordpress Ecommerce Websites. So, actually not a beneficial deal. We are going to stop their services once, credits balance ends.
