**What do you like best about MSDS Source?**

MSDS Source is a good way to keep track of your SDS in today’s busy business world. The cost is very reasonable, and the support you get is great. Whenever I need to add, update, or change any SDS, I reach out to their support team and get help right away. Overall, it’s been a great experience.

**What do you dislike about MSDS Source?**

There is no flaw yet that i notice.  It works for what we need it for and that is to track and source our HAZCOM program.

**What problems is MSDS Source solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, we kept the SDSs in binders across six different locations. Now that we use MSDS Source, they’re online at every kiosk 24/7, and any SDS changes are automatically available across all kiosks.

**What do you like best about MSDS Source?**

I appreciate how easy it is to request SDS documents and keep our SDS library up to date.

**What do you dislike about MSDS Source?**

It would be helpful to have the option to schedule automatic backups on the administrator’s computer—ideally on a weekly basis—so they don’t need to be run manually each time.

**What problems is MSDS Source solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of having to shuffle paperwork to several different areas of the facility, depending on which department has which chemicals.

Really no negatives to note. I am happy with the service

**What problems is MSDS Source solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The bigest proble with our old paper/manual system was the time and effort it took to update the manuals and distribute them to the field foremen.

for me there are none. all employees have it on there devices.

The customer support is awesome. The ladies assigned to my account are always prompt and effective whenever I submit items to be added.

So far, I haven’t found any downsides to using MSDS Source.

My company wasn’t sure how to cover all of the individual department MSDS needs. MSDS Source has helped us refine and organize our MSDS requirements across all of our departments, so it’s clearer what each area needs.

It’s very easy for all staff to use. Since most staff don’t use it very often, it’s helpful that when they log in periodically, the interface is still straightforward and easy to navigate.

Nothing to add at this time. Overall, this is a great product and a valuable resource.

It helps our staff quickly and efficiently find product details whenever they need them. It’s also straightforward to add new products as needed, which makes keeping information up to date much easier.

The search feature is a little buggy sometimes and I have a hard time pulling up a specific SDS.

I believe they are working on the frequency of updating SDSs to current version.
