What do you like best about MSA?

So we approached MSA to help structure our HR area in terms of contracts, renewal periods and ensuring that both company and employees benefit within the legal limits fully of the respective tax laws. Recommendations to others considering MSA:

Don't think that you can do everything yourself and in-house. Unless you are a Forbes 500 company, your inhouse team is simply not setup for and staffed in order to take on all challenges mounting in working in an international environment. What problems is MSA solving and how is that benefiting you?

Together with our company's growth, we had to streamline accounting and tax declarations locally in China and Asia. Our internal team was unable to grow together with the growing need for solving regulatory issues linked with that growth so we had to find a long-term reliable partner. That has become MSA. Next to that, same as many companies acting on an international scale, HQ needed standardized reporting throughout all subsidiaries. MSA established that for us and is doing that today for us. What do you like best about MSA?

What do I love most about MSA? If I have to pick one thing, it’s their amazing team who feels like an extension of our own. They are always there with a smile and a solution, no matter what crazy questions I throw at them. For example, when we were setting up our new office in Malaysia, MSA not only took care of all the legalities but also gave us tips on local customs and best practices. You know, dealing with cultural differences. And let me tell you about Hong Kong—thanks to MSA, we had zero hiccups with getting our employees settled in and productive from day one. What do you dislike about MSA?

What do you like best about MSA?

The best thing about MSA is their proactive and in-depth approach. They don't just advise; they implement. When our Tokyo office faced cashflow issues, MSA quickly set up an inter-company loan system that stabilized our finances. Additionally, they addressed delays in payments from our Hong Kong office by designing a more efficient payment process, which kept our operations smooth and timely. i guess to summarize it, it is that unlike most other companies, they think ahead for you. So due to internal restructuring, we had to liquidate and close, and repatriate capital of one of our subs in China and Hong Kong. We contracted MSA after a first interaction on their website where they posted ample material to brief us on the procedure. They were direct, fast and efficient. In order to continue supporting one of our key customers in China, we had to establish a WFOE in order to issue fapiao. MSA supported us with the entire process, making the entity fully operational, including bank accounts and tax registrations quickly.
