I find MRI Property Management user-friendly, which is great for me. It helps me run monthly reports for all the properties in my portfolio with ease, and I love that I can delete incorrect entries. There are all kinds of reports that can be easily run, providing me with very detailed information. This detailed reporting supports my budget setting for the properties and helps me analyze and forecast income and expenses to come up with a more precise budget.
