Like is a misnomer, would be better to describe what I dislike least. There is very little to like about the software, nothing works well and it feels like it is constantly in alpha testing. Overall lack of quality, complicated navigation, duplicated functionality, poor system logic, frequent process failures, SLA model that doesn't understand a day is 24 hours long.
