What do you like best about MRG Assessments?

They are complex and provide deeper insights than many inhouse assessments. I find that, compared to other assessments on the market, they really help clients pinpoint subtle changes that they can make to increase their impact. I also like how assessments can be bundled together (eg: LEA/IDI) and how Strategic Directions allows us to anchor clients into language that sets a proper stage for development. What do you dislike about MRG Assessments?

It's not a dislike, it's more that because the tools are so robust it takes time for practitioners to get proficient at using them. There are so many versions of reports it can get expensive for clients. Sometimes there's too much information in some materials and not enough in others. (IDI report is an example of that for me). Recommendations to others considering MRG Assessments:

The MRG suite of assessments is incredibly robust and is like 'the gift that keeps on giving'. I would advise getting an understanding of the breadth and depth of what's available and then identifying all the ways you can leverage these tools across your service lines. From a customer support stand point, this team can't be beaten. You are never a generic face in a sea of clients and truly have an extended partnership team with MRG. What problems is MRG Assessments solving and how is that benefiting you?

MRG Assessments are used in a variety of group, team and individual coaching programs that we run at The Roundtable. We find their superior assessments allow us to give our clients concrete and clearly actionable steps to improve their leadership impact. The team at MRG is always available to support us in designing solutions, overcoming challenges and providing us with validated research to strengthen our sales process. What do you like best about MRG Assessments?

Both the LEA and IDI are incredibly robust, validated instruments which is important to our audience. Their starting point is also incredibly powerful - that there isn't an 'ideal' leader profile but rather having greater awareness lets you be more intentional about how certain behaviors serve you or may get in the way.
