**What do you like best about MPN ECLIPSE?**

The cost and the customer service. Everything else was not good at all.

**What do you dislike about MPN ECLIPSE?**

It is not user-friendly. It is difficult to train incoming employees on. It is too hard to change appointment times and information.

**Recommendations to others considering MPN ECLIPSE:**

Shop around first.

**What problems is MPN ECLIPSE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If it weren't for the friendly and prompt customer service, I would have cancelled after the first week.
