MPMX is a process mining platform developed by the company MEHRWERK that helps businesses analyze, visualize, and optimize their operational processes. It works by analyzing event logs from a company's existing IT systems, like ERP or CRM software, to automatically reconstruct a "digital twin" of their real-world business processes. What mpmX does is: Process Discovery: It creates a visual map of all the different process variations, bottlenecks, and rework loops that exist within an organization's operations, revealing how work actually flows. Performance Analysis: The platform allows users to pinpoint the root causes of inefficiencies and deviations from standard processes by using dynamic filtering and real-time dashboards. Optimization: It provides the insights necessary to make data-driven decisions for process improvement and helps identify opportunities for automation. mpmX is designed to integrate natively with a company's existing data infrastructure, following a "play the data where it lives" approach. It has native integrations with platforms like Qlik, Snowflake, and Databricks, allowing it to seamlessly combine process analysis with a company's broader business intelligence and data visualization tools.
