By analyzing event logs from existing enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or custom applications, mpmX automatically reconstructs a digital twin of end-to-end business processes – showing how processes actually run across systems and teams. Key capabilities include: Process Discovery mpmX uncovers all real process variants, including deviations, bottlenecks, and rework loops. Interactive process maps provide full transparency into complex operational flows. Performance & Root Cause Analysis With powerful filtering, KPIs, and drill-down capabilities, users can identify inefficiencies, compliance issues, and performance drivers in real time. AI-supported analytics help surface relevant patterns, correlations, and anomalies within complex process landscapes. Process Optimization & Automation Enablement The platform supports data-driven process improvement initiatives and helps identify opportunities for standardization, optimization, and automation. AI-based recommendations assist users in prioritizing improvement measures and focusing on high-impact process changes. Originally built within the Qlik ecosystem, mpmX has evolved into a platform-native process mining solution that follows a “play the data where it lives” philosophy. Today, mpmX integrates natively with modern data platforms and analytics stacks such as Qlik, Snowflake, and Databricks – enabling seamless process analysis directly on enterprise data without unnecessary data movement. This evolution allows mpmX to combine deep process mining expertise with AI-driven insights and the flexibility and scalability of modern data architectures – supporting organizations on their journey toward operational excellence.
