With Mparticle you can have all your customer data in one place. The planning allows you to map the attributes and events that will unlock your marketing campaigns. Also the data validation is a great feature. Its a great tool for companies with low data resources that want to activate their data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

More Developer focus tools to map attributes, validation, etc with Infrastructure as Code, to make sure there are some data contracts in place. Sync from the Data Warehouse. I think that feature is coming soon, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer and technical support is excellent. I also like mParticle's customization options. It can be shaped into whatever design you need it to be and support a huge number of use cases. mParticle solves many of the problems that digital marketers have. For teams with the know-how and resources to take advantage of mParticle, I would strongly recommend using it and paying for the additional technical support. We have had the same technical support for a couple of years now, and they are intimately familiar with our account and goals. I trust their recommendations and they have been invaluable. In order to be so incredibly flexible, it can be daunting to use due to the level of complexity. The good documentation and excellent technical support goes a long way to solving these problems, but this is not a platform I would recommend to a team that was not prepeared to put in the work needed to have a clearly defined data plan and use cases, particularly if they need to set up any custom integrations. I like the untraditional charts they have instead of the standard pie charts. Their graph, bubble-based funnel allows me to see the same set of data differently. I like it every day or when we do experiments. We do use other analytics for other purposes but we have not let the indicative let go. I don't like the get started page or the smaller fonts. Sometimes I try to zoom in them. The Get Started page can suddenly feel overwhelming. So i bookmarked my dashboard and go to the dashboard directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Indicative is more intuitive to use than Google Analytics. I feel it is much easier to build a report in Indicative. The learning curve to build a report in Indicative is much lower than other web analytics tools I have come across. While intuitive, it doesn't mean the reporting cannot be in-depth. You can build some complex queries in a very strange forward, "natural language-like" query. The Funnel analysis is powerful and easy to execute. We also have great support from Indicative. The support team is very responsive and able to solve all my past issues / questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One issue I had was with some very, very long URL strings. These long URLs when being exported in reports seem to be truncated so I can't see the original/full URL string. Indicative last informed me that their engineers are working on changing this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how the tool is like drag and drop sql, which makes it very easy to analyze user segment and funnels without having to write code. The ability to choose different segmentation and funnel types is useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to be able to analyze funnels/cvr rates over time. I think the donut visualization is not as intuitive as the bar chart view to see cvr rates/dropoffs. The run time is also quite long compared (+10 sec or so) to some other tools I've used, but that optimization may need to be done on our end not necessarily indicative's end. Indicative is very easy to use and, in my opinion, beats several other popular product analytics tools in this area. The ability to join events and quickly create user segments based on any query you can think of makes it even easier to get data for our product team independent of data analysts and developers. The support we've received from our account manager and product specialists from them has also been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The pricing can be a little restrictive. We're already one tier below the Enterprise edition and are limited to 50 saved analyses and a maximum of 25 widgets per dashboard. I get that everyone needs to structure their pricing around something, but the fact we have to get on a call with a salesperson to even find out what the next tier costs is a bit of a pain. Indicative is cheaper when compared to other analytical tools, I like the fact for the free plan provides 25M events with funnel creation and segmentation which is good for small businesses to step their foot in the analytical world without costing much. Also, the way it displays the data in the dashboard with conversion graph and rate and also with visualization looks good when checking every morning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using the product is a bit glitchy but that does not affect day-to-day functionality. Also, the important thing for us is we cannot add multiple event breakdowns(grouping) in the funnel that's a bit of a bummer. But so far it is working well for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
