Can`t upload an external csv/file to cross data inside other information inside Indicative - In fact, we tried to contact support and doesn`t work. 2. Indicative is very intuitive as a product. It makes it easier for non--developers' profiles to create useful dashboards, as long as they know their data well. The data is easily understandable and there are a lot of different types of charts to choose from. One of the most interesting features is the possibility to compare periods and understand evolution. The funnel functionality is prety well implemented and it's quick to setup and evaluate a journey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about mParticle by Rokt? The lack of customization in metrics. It's not possible to choose colours or even to define "chart" types when using multiple sources. It would be beneficial to be able to add an extra axis to a metric so that data could be displayed in two separate referrals. So even though there is a wide variety to choose from, there's no possibility to customize the way data is displayed. This means that sometimes we need to create two separate graphics to show what's intended, which taking into account the limitation of the number of shared graphics/dashboards per account can lead to some frustration. Indicative aims to give businesses the possibility to understand and improve user behaviours within the app. The ease with which new data is added and new metrics are created allow for fast experimentation without a big overhead in changing what's already done. Navigating the customer data platform market can be challenging for any business, especially when your expertise is not technology. At Nova Entertainment we required a simple but effective solution to be provided by someone that understood our business. The mParticle team were incredibly attentive through the selection process and committed to helping make sure the implementation of a customer data platform in our business was a success. Not having the team located here in Australia originally was not ideal however, the mParticle team continues to grow and we take assurance from that. Connectors and integrations are always a challenging one and we did find a couple of instances where data feeds from other platforms required transforming before ingestion into mParticle. We implemented mParticle to streamline data collection across our assets where we collect both registration and behavioural data from our audiences. The main need was to standardise that collection, collect behavioural data to then be appended to user profiles and then stream clean data to downstream platforms for activation and utilisation. The ability to quickly set up a variety of reports within minutes without the need to know how to write SQL. The visualizations and flexibility is great. I wish the company had more educational material to learn the tool. They have great onboarding with their team, but it's difficult to self-serve at times. Video demos to show the power of the tool would be welcomed. The tool should also provide a calculation for statistical significance. We need to go to a separate tool for that. Our org just started using Indicative. As I'm on the marketing team, I can't speak much to the technical onboarding details, but our rep has been very helpful so far in helping the marketing team build dashboards and talk through scenarios. The only pet peeve and a very small nitpick at this time is that when you duplicate a query on a dashboard, it sometimes shows up at the bottom and you have to drag it up without scrolling (so literally move it up by one space at a time). Recommendations to others considering mParticle by Rokt: mParticle may have more features than you might think. I suggest designing after considering the various functions of mParticle. We didn't want to collect events redundantly from mParticle SDK as we are already collecting firebase logs on iOS and AOS.
