Monitoring/debugging capabilities are limited. I feel that more information could be retrieved and presented to the user to simplify his life. E.g. Showing the status of a newly built connection or displaying information on how to test the connection. 2. I miss a simplified setup process or pop-up hints during setup. E.g. When we connect mParticle output to the new destination, it would be nice to get messages explaining what is not done yet - like, A. input needs to be connected to the output. The tools were right where I expected them and worked exactly the way I thought they would. It was blazing fast, too -- though we don't yet feed too much information into the app (primarily detailed telemetry and purchase info from ~3000 weekly active users). We have Amplitude and Tableau set up on the same dataset. Still, I don't even touch them anymore unless I need to check analyses created by others. Indicative is much more intuitive than both and order of magnitude faster than Tableau -- fast enough to allow interactive analysis and slicing & dicing the data. I even find myself going back to the raw data via Databricks less and less. **What do you dislike about mParticle by Rokt?** There have been some problems around the data ingestion side: journey analysis had to be turned on manually, and I encountered a weird problem around funnel analysis -- but those could've been problems on our end, and our data engineering team could fix them soon. One thing I badly miss is the ability to generate 100% stacked bar charts -- it seems like something minor, yet I find myself exporting & moving data to Excel just to do this. **What problems is mParticle by Rokt solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am analyzing telemetry data for our app after releasing it on a new platform to identify trends and pinpoint problems. So far I managed to troubleshoot problems with the onboarding funnel, pinpoint the the root cause of spikes and valleys in subscription rates and identify problem areas in the app where extensive usage tends to lead to crashes. ### 18. It's like that indicative is having a hard time fetching the reports that we needed when we try to run our query, and it was a struggle as well on our part because we have a specific timeframe for the updates that we needed. Because of that error, the updates got delayed as well. We need to talk first to your customer service to tell you that there's something wrong with the indicative. For those wanting to start out and try a product analytics tool, I would also recommend beacuse of their really generous free trial limit of events (I think today it is of 1 billion events up to 28 days and 500 million after that). **What do you dislike about mParticle by Rokt?** Well, I would say that they React Native SDK is really outdated (the last update was more than a year ago and the docs are not updated). The user segmentation could be a bit more versatile, with AND/OR statements, this is very crucial when dealing with bounce rates, for example. The website could also be more refined, I've had some problems when using it through Firefox, the UX could be better. The codes structure in indicative is hard to understand immediately compared to other tools. I have to check the onsite guides to figure out how to set up a funnel. **What problems is mParticle by Rokt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Indicative has already been set-up for analytics of our website. So using the preset funnels to capture data.
