Marketing Analyst Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) 3/10/2026 "A tool that covers all the essentials to enable multi-channel marketing" 4/5 What do you like best about mParticle by Rokt? mParticle provides a very effective solution to building audiences for multichannel marketing campaigns, allowing you to reduce cross-channel cannibalisation of marketing campaigns and maximising ROI on ad-spend. The customer support team have been really supportive with getting our brands started and have always been helpful when we have had questions. The interface is very intuitive and makes it very easy to build segmentation, understand customers using the "User Profiles" and has good alerting in place when data feeds fail. At the moment, the calculated attributes has very basic and limited functionality, so I would recommend doing all engineering of your metrics outside of the platform. Simply being able to multiply, add, divide and take away numbers from user fields would be a simple yet effective way to increase its functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What I like best about mParticle is.. - How it helps to organize customer data in one place instead of spreading it across multiple tools. - Once data is coming through mParticle, it becomes much easier to understand what events are actually rising and where they are going. - It helps maintain consistency between web, mobile and backend events.. - Another good part is the flexibility it gives in routing data. We don’t need to send everything everywhere blindly. - We can control which events go to which destination, and that really helps in keeping things clean. - Identity handling is also useful because users come from different devices and sessions, and mParticle helps connect those dots in a better way. What do you dislike about mParticle by Rokt? - One thing I dislike is that the platform is still in a learning curve, especially for new users. - At the start, it is not very easy to understand all the concepts like data planning, identities, and event flows. - The User Interfacie also feels heavy sometimes, and finding the exact setting you need can take good amount of time. - Also, mainly.. live stream debugging is bit tricky. - Sometimes it feels like things are not very clearly configured, and tracking events becomes a hectic task when something goes wrong.
