"Straightforward UI That Lets You Start Creating Right Away"
What do you like best about Blings?

The best thing about Blings is how straightforward the user interface is. It doesn’t require an in-depth tutorial to get started, you can just hop right in and begin making content right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blings?

One thing I think Blings could’ve done better is introduce the auto-play feature earlier. After I finished the demo, I was left wondering whether it was even available. Later I found out that it was, and that’s the feature I was most interested in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Self-Serve Video That Actually Updates in Real TimeRetry"
What do you like best about Blings?

The speed. I can publish something in hours, not weeks. No endless review cycles or waiting on other teams to make small changes. The editing interface is straightforward enough that I don't need to bug our developers every time I want to adjust something.Their support team actually helps you solve problems instead of pointing you to documentation. And the templates get me thinking—I keep finding new ways to drop them into our existing customer flows. It's rare when a tool sparks ideas rather than just checking a box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blings?

It's early-stage, so the template library is still growing. I'd love more options to choose from.

The CRM integration setup has a learning curve if you're not already familiar with how your systems connect. It's not difficult once you understand it, but that first connection takes some figuring out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The fastest way we’ve found to ship personalized, interactive content"
What do you like best about Blings?

Blings lets us create real-time personalized and interactive video experiences that actually engage our audience. The MP5 technology renders content on the end user’s device, making videos lighter, faster, and deeply tailored to each viewer’s data (name, actions, CRM fields, etc). Integration with major CRMs means personalized campaigns go live without long dev cycles, and interactive elements like CTAs and in-video forms help drive meaningful actions. It’s transformed how we cut through inbox noise with relevant messaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blings?

There’s a small learning curve if you haven’t worked with CRM data flows before, especially setting up data tokens and variables for personalization. Also, while integration is broad, some teams might wish for even more plug-and-play connectors for niche platforms. But once configured, the results are worth it. "Super Simple, Super Powerful Interactive Content Platform"
What do you like best about Blings?

What really stands out is the MP5 tech and how Blings pulls real-time CRM data straight into the video. So instead of sending generic “hope this helps” content, you can deliver something that’s clearly tailored to the person watching. And it’s not just personalization for the sake of it, the interactive layer is super useful. Dynamic CTAs, embedded forms, and clickable elements make the videos feel like an experience, not just a video link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blings?

Nothing yet that I've found, I cant think of any dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Publishing and Seamless CRM Integration with Blings"
What do you like best about Blings?

Blings makes it surprisingly easy to get something published quickly without all the usual back-and-forth between design and engineering. The platform integrates with basically every CRM you can think of, which saves a ton of setup time. Editing is simple - even if you’re not the most technical person - and the interactive and gamified elements are honestly pretty fun to play with. Their support team also deserves credit: they actually help instead of just dropping knowledge-base links. The templates are clean, customizable, and really get you thinking about new ways to plug interactive content into existing customer journeys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blings?

I wish I could embed the dynamic, interactive content directly into LinkedIn posts, but that’s a LinkedIn issue, not a Blings one. It would also be great if the MP5 could be used as the ad itself instead of just the landing page. There’s a bit of a learning curve if you’re not familiar with your CRM connection setup. And auto-translate would save time when building out multiple language versions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless and Personalized Video Creation, Lightning-Fast Publishing"
What do you like best about Blings?

I love how MP5 allows me to keep my content moving without the need to wait for the rest of the team, which helps me run faster and more efficiently. Updating and sharing video content has become much easier. The feature that automatically personalizes videos according to channels and customers is incredible. I also appreciate the elimination of the need to communicate extensively with contractors for editing, writing, and visualizations, as MP5 simplifies this process, making it faster and reducing dependence on external teams. Particularly, the capability to publish content without back-and-forth communication speeds up the process significantly. MP5’s non-technical editing capabilities are excellent, making it accessible to users who may not have a technical background and the required experience and patience, to be frank. The unique templates feature allows for easy customization and embedding into existing customer journeys, which I found lacking in other vendors. Being able to edit videos myself and tailor them to customers quickly is a significant advantage, saving time, money, and reducing communication overhead. The integration with my CRM enhances my workflow further. Overall, MP5 has almost made the use of multiple vendors unnecessary, given its comprehensive feature set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blings?

There are many types of templates that are still missing in MP5. I wish there was a way to use it with complete freedom without relying solely on templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Creation and Outstanding Support with Blings"
What do you like best about Blings?

Blings makes it super easy to bring ideas to life fast. I don’t need to chase designers or wait for dev time - I can just open it, tweak a few things, and publish. What’s really cool is how everything connects to real data, so each viewer gets their own version automatically.

Also, their support team is awesome. You don’t get canned replies or “please see this article” - they actually help and usually go the extra mile with examples or quick fixes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blings?

Nothing major. It’s still evolving, so I sometimes wish there were more ready-made templates or examples to start from. Connecting to CRMs the first time can take a minute to figure out, but once it’s done, it’s smooth sailing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Interactive Videos and Seamless CRM Integrations"
What do you like best about Blings?

Blings has quickly become one of my favorite tools in our marketing stack. The biggest win for me is how easy it is to actually publish something. No endless back-and-forth, no waiting around on design or engineering — I can get a personalized, interactive video out the door in minutes. And their CRM integrations are borderline magical. HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce, Klaviyo… you name it, they connect with it.

The platform itself is super intuitive. I’m not the most technical person, and I can still edit things quickly, customize templates, and even play around with interactive or gamified elements without feeling lost. Also, shoutout to their support team — they actually answer you, help you troubleshoot, and don’t just dump links on you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blings?

If I had to nitpick, I really wish I could embed the dynamic MP5 videos directly into LinkedIn, but that’s more of a LinkedIn limitation than a Blings one. Same thing with wanting to run MP5s as ads instead of just on landing pages. There’s also a bit of a learning curve if you’re not familiar with how your CRM connections work, and auto-translation would save me a ton of manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Video Personalization Made Easy"
What do you like best about Blings?

Blings makes video personalization feel truly accessible. Its integrations with tools like Braze and HubSpot make it a no-brainer for our marketing team.

I’m also a big fan of the self-serve features. I don’t need a massive production team to create something that looks professional and unique, and when an update is needed, I can edit it on the spot and publish those changes right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blings?

I don’t really have any complaints. If you haven’t used dynamic video before, you may need to shift your mindset a bit when it comes to writing scripts, but the platform itself feels solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Rapid Personalized Marketing"
What do you like best about Blings?

I love how MP5 solves speed and personalization problems, allowing me to quickly transition from an idea to a live product without depending on other departments for tweaks. The ease of integrating MP5 into our marketing stack is fantastic; specifically, it's seamless with our CRM, making it not just a cool tool but an essential part of my daily activities. This integration tremendously improves my productivity by simplifying the process of creating and managing interactive videos as part of our marketing campaigns. I appreciate how MP5 makes complex processes more efficient and empowers me to execute personalized campaigns with minimal external support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blings?

I find that MP5 could benefit from having more out-of-the-box templates for various use cases and scenarios, which would significantly enhance its usability for me. Additionally, a bit more in-app guidance is needed to assist with structuring content efficiently. Though I know what I want to accomplish, translating my marketing ideas into MP5's structural framework requires extra effort, as the platform doesn't naturally align with my initial thought process. It would be helpful if MP5 could provide more intuitive mental architecture assistance. Also, while the initial setup was smooth for basic tasks, integrating with the CRM seemed to add a learning curve, which could be streamlined for better user experience.
