The JINT solution has provided a specific and identifiable framework for our knowledge management platforms. The native design of SharePoint has been enhanced with components and features unique to Jint, which has allowed us to maintain a "positive offset" compared to the global developments proposed by Microsoft. Finally, the integration of a "Knowledge Management" oriented approach in certain thematic components has greatly contributed to facilitating deployment, adaptation to our needs, and adoption by our teams. Mozzaïk Add-In enabled us to create a fully customized, ergonomic, and visually appealing intranet, making information easily accessible to all employees.

As we already had a fairly advanced intranet built in SharePoint, the integration of Mozzaïk required some adjustments and was slightly more complex for our teams.

Given the complexity of our organizational structure, the deployment took longer than expected and required close coordination between teams to ensure the solution fully met our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mozzaik365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Mozzaïk for SharePoint to power our intranet, and the experience has been very positive. The tool allowed us to structure a clear, attractive, and user-friendly platform where we could centralize all key information relevant to our organization.

Thanks to Mozzaïk, we’ve built an intuitive space accessible to all employees, regardless of their department or location. One of the tool’s greatest strengths is how it makes information easy to read and consistent across the board, ensuring that everyone has access to the same level of information.

The customization options, ease of use for both administrators and users, and seamless integration with the Microsoft 365 environment make Mozzaïk a complete and effective solution to enhance internal communication.

What do you like best about Mozzaik365?

Mozzaik365 greatly improves the SharePoint Online features, allowing us to create an efficient, modern, and user-friendly digital workplace for our clients! As an integrator, I can say that Mozzaik365 stands out for simple configuration and simple updating, making integration smooth and efficient.

I particularly appreciate the variety of the features that cover most of our clients' needs. For example, some essential Mozzaik365 components that I integrate into my clients' Intranet pages include "Focus" component for modern visual rendering on pages, the ''Search'' components to build real research centers, "Employee Directory" component to search for colleagues within the organization, "Newcomers" component to facilitate the integration of new employees, "NewsHub" component to display posts made on major social networks.

In addition to the Mozzaik365 components that we can add to the SharePoint pages, Mozzaik365 also offers other very useful features, such as "Automatic Page Translation" feature of pages for our international clients that allows them to save time translating pages to different languages of their employees, the "Site engine" feature saves a lot of time in integration projects to facilitate site duplication.

Moreover, since I started working as an integrator of Mozzaik365 solutions, the team has always been available and supporting in addressing our needs to better meet our clients' expectations.

My daily experience using Mozzaik365 solutions is great! The platform's user-friendly interface, extensive functionality, and responsive support team have consistently exceeded my expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
