Moz is a great tool for the occasional or daily user relative to SEO and site performance. We use it daily to check crawls for any site warnings, keyword ranking and page recommendations. There is also an ability to see a competitive view and address backlinks. Using Moz to identify irrelevant and spamy backlinks took little effort and we were able to disavow them quickly and this helped improve our domain authority by 2 points. There are not many things in particular that I dislike about MOZ but I definitely wish I had the option to analyze more competitors' performance than just three! I also struggled a little bit with the accuracy of SERP features (MOZ dashboard saying we were not showing up for certain searches when we actually were, etc.) but I just got the email about the new SERP update and I'm excited to see how it works! Moz has the tool kit to cover a wide array of digital marketing needs, from rankings and traffic to competitor analysis it's nice to have all the data in one place. The rank tracking is accurate while I do wish the report ran more frequently. The platform provides good visibility into changes over time and alerts to drops in rankings or technical site issues. Moz is where I spend my Monday mornings reviewing reports and reviewing results. The resources Moz offers for training are unmatched with some of the best SEO training materials in the industry it's easy to train staff and get newer marketers up to speed.
