Simplistic dashboard and ease of use. Weekly reports are very beneficial. Customer service is top notch and they respond almost immediately to any inquiry. During setup it will ask you a series of questions and by doing this it makes it super easy to get started. Once you enter in the information the dashboard does the work for you. Some sources within the network never get updated. While this isn't an issue per say with the software, I would recommend Moz to dig deeper into their relationships to work on improving this. Getting started with this takes some time. Some of the networks update immediately and others can take weeks if not longer. In rare cases I have some take months before they update. Some networks never update. Updating local directories is critical. It would nice to see the networks to be expanded as another competitor is larger than what Moz's product is. it's the easiest way to update addresses and info. i first heard about it when the company i was working for was moving and a friend told me about it. the program worked like a charm in updating our new business info across the web. it also helped us update metadata and imagery across existing listings, which definitely helped us see a bit of a spike in local traffic.
