Moxsea is a cloud-based boat club management software designed for boat clubs, marinas, yacht clubs and fractional yacht ownership operators. The platform centralises bookings, membership management, automated billing, fleet tracking, issue reporting and member communication into a single system. Moxsea is built for club operators who manage shared boat access for members, whether running a single location or x amount of clubs across multiple regions, countries or states. The platform replaces disconnected tools such as spreadsheets, separate booking systems and manual billing processes with one connected solution. Key features include the following: Online boat reservation system with real-time availability and booking management Automated recurring membership billing; monthly, quarterly or yearly billing cycles White-label branded mobile app for members to book boats, check in and out and make payments Automated check-in and check-out with real-time fuel level and engine hour tracking via API and onboard sensors Fleet management across multiple locations with boat status tracking and maintenance reporting Member CRM with individual profiles, membership tiers, contract terms and billing history Issue and maintenance reporting to keep fleets running and members informed Moxsea supports single-location clubs and large multi-location franchises. The platform is fully white-label, allowing operators to deliver a branded experience under their own club identity. It is hosted in the cloud and accessible from any device.
