Movement Pod is a fixed in-gym kiosk that runs a 10–15 minute self-guided movement assessment and delivers an objective Movement Score (0–100), 2–3 focus areas, and a program recommendation for coach review. The same 5-camera unit runs two products: Meridian (structured movement assessment and member onboarding) and Forge (form replay and coaching feedback for squat-rack and open-floor lifts). Gyms get unlimited member assessments with no per-scan fee; walk-up assessments are free for members. On re-test (typically every 4–8 weeks), members see side-by-side score and replay — our “You vs You. With replay.” workflow. Movement Pod helps gym owners standardize member intake, improve PT and specialty-program conversion, and prove progress on re-test without tying up a coach for every screen.
