Mouseflow has been a game changer, giving us detailed insights into user behavior and crystal clear data on UTM sources. It has recordings of the users who are all using the website, we can calculate CSAT using this tool, we have heatmaps and funnels, and segments, we have filters to get the data accordingly. Based on each page we can see the low and high friction rates. it is easy to implement and we are using it frequently, the CTM team is very good they are responding very quickly and it is easy to implement with any website.
