Based on each page we can see the low and high friction rates. it is easy to implement and we are using it frequently, the CTM team is very good they are responding very quickly and it is easy to implement with any website. **What do you dislike about Mouseflow?** It is a little costly for small businesses and no sessions are limited for free use. I like the funnels a lot and breaking down the abandonments and automatically segmenting the videos of users dropping from a particular funnel step. **What do you dislike about Mouseflow?** The credit system, heavy traffic really burns the credits instantly. Filtering system - Could really use some better ux. A better way of spotting mistakes automatically in a website other than the friction score. Maybe detect errors happening.
