The support team is on top of things if there’s ever and issue arise. The start and end times for the mileage tracker is super helpful and that you don’t have to start and stop mileage at every stop. What do you dislike about Motus Vehicle? \* Drains your phone battery \* Can't put your phone in low power mode \* Can't close the app while in use \* Customer Service is less than responsive \* Rounds up on mileage (while great for the employee - not so great for the company) \*Asks for you to update your Insurance declaration but only if you link one of their preferred insurance providers other wise it has an error when uploading. Motus is a very accurate tracking system making recording mileage for business simple and easy to use. I've used other trackers in the past that required a lot of edits to trips due to not recording correctly. I like how simple it is to turn off tracking when it is not needed. If you are driving a vehicle for work and putting on many miles, you probably don't want to drive a nice newer car, but you are forced to if you want to be in compliance. Having used system in the past at another job, I was skeptical when my current employer said that they were going to implement Motus. This is largely too the amount of battery usage I experienced some years back. The program does not have major bugs, it seems to be pretty accurate with GPS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Motus Vehicle? As an example,Business address does not match when using their parking lot. I constantly need to adjust my stop; the app should consider it a stop at any place within a 1/4 mile of known address as the known address. I should not have to click on it to find close known addresses. this one default change would be a huge time saver. If a clint of Motus has many addressing in a small area they should be able to select at that point, but default know address within 1/4 mile of stop is most likely a business stop, but parking in So Cal and other factors cause the missed address. Very easy to set up. Use is easy a lot of options, including auto on and off. So far no real issues tracking miles or locations. So far, there’s really nothing except that it always has to be on otherwise it won’t work unless you select always on instead of only when using the app. When using the app that is the only time I want it on otherwise there’s no reason for it to be tracking me on weekends or any other time. It requires a solid cell signal to update and often I am in places where the signal is spotty. This causes it to not update my finished mileage immediately.
