Motus will at times sign me out of my account which made me a particular issue that only I’m facing but besides that I think Motus is great and functions greats. The app is easy to use and set up. It selects not only the addresses our visit, but the names of the locations if available. It makes reviewing my trips much easier. I would like to see a mileage submission window that allows you to specify what mileage came from a rental vehicle versus personal vehicle. Always starts and ends the day on time, records every mile accurately and never randomly stops recording mileage like the previous app our organization used. Very easy to submit the required forms/documents. Like how the app prompts you each month to approve/submit the prior month's mileage. Always pays out mileage on time. Customer service is great. I've been asked to verify my insurance info half a dozen times. I've done this probably a dozen times. Also reach out via email and haven't gotten a response. Maybe after something isn't completed in a set time, an agent should look and see if there's a break up on their side rather than continue to email asking for me to complete the same task repetitively. I live in San Diego and gas is definitely more expensive than the .23 cent payout. They need to do more research on current gas prices near the area I live. Software doesn't drop trips as often as previous products. I end up leaving trip recording on wide ranges of the Work week due to failure to record with previous products. I would like to see a way to select multple entries to delete or re-classify.
