I like that I can get into my car, press START and go on about my day during sales calls. It's organized and easy to understand. I don't have to worry about tracking miles on my own, I like that Motus does it for me. Simple data entry." 5/5 What do you like best about Motus Vehicle? The simplicity of use. The practical tools such as being able to export files or look at past logs. Concise. In integration with a Maps App would be great. Another thought is to be able to "click and drag" one visit into another 'slot'. For example, I forgot to enter that I stopped at a FedEx location between two offices...if I could input all data and THEN be able to simple click and drag a stop into another slot to reorder. I like the fact that it can remind me when I am still recording mileage. I use Motus every month. Submission of mileage is very straightforward and the monthly submission reminders are very helpful. I love that it is very accurate when tracking my mileage. I really like that I can name my locations for my stores to make it easier to input a manual entry. I do not care for the continuous mileage running in the background. To many logs that I would need to delete. I don’t know a good fix for this but just my personal opinion. I use this app for work every day that I’m driving to keep track of my mileage. It’s very easy to install and start using. The one downside is, if you do not pause, the mileage capture it will continue to log miles on your trip for that day and sometimes this can be hard to remember to turn it off. So my company switched to a Motus administered FAVR plan for car reimbursement. If you can set aside the tracking concerns as an employee, I have to admit that I mostly let it run in the background and don’t spend a lot of time interacting with it or tinkering with it. I really dislike the idea of being tracked all the time in order to be paid for the usage of my vehicle. This does affect the battery on my phone and it isn’t moderate inconvenience to periodically check-in and record mileage. The only downside for me was the inability to see your fixed and variable costs from the Mobile App. You need to be logged in on a computer to see those details. Motus is intuitive to use and integrates with other platforms that my company uses well. The only hiccup I've run in too is not remembering to stop recording mileage and the off hours not cutting off the tracking. The flip to that is it is easy to edit and delete trips.
