I really like how the new feature in Motus makes the platform more intuitive and easier to navigate. The update does a great job of improving efficiency and saving time during daily tasks. I appreciate how the new feature provides clearer visibility and better organization of information. One thing I enjoy most is how seamlessly the feature integrates with the existing workflow without adding complexity. There is nothing I do not like about Motus. It is a very simple ap / website to use and I would recommend to any organization that does not use Motus. Very good ap. The best parts of Motus Vehicle are definitely its user-friendly interface and the continuous platform upgrades we’ve seen over time. The system is highly intuitive, which our team really appreciates. Additionally, the dedicated customer support has been excellent—our manager is highly responsive and always ready to help. Currently, if we hire a replacement and there is an onboarding overlap with the departing employee, we are charged for the additional headcount during that transition window. What problems is Motus Vehicle solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps us accurately track mileage for those employees who travel as part of their job, instead of giving a flat allowance. It takes into account their location, vehicle, gas price, etc., so it’s more equitable. The program isn’t Canada-specific. Creating a new driver profile takes extra time because the insurance section isn’t automatically populated the way it is for U.S. drivers. There’s also no way to confirm whether a driver’s insurance is valid. When I log a ticket, it often takes days or even weeks to get a response or reach a resolution. On top of that, the resolution sometimes conflicts with what’s published in the Help Centre, for example, how fuel prices are calculated in Canada. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I use their business vehicle reimbursement program and all of the elements of the program function as intended. Reimbursement is timely and I'm given maximum flexibility on choosing my business vehicle. I use Motus Vehicle for mileage reimbursement for work, and I find it incredibly easy to submit. I like the ease of the app and the auto-tracking feature.
