It replaces the diary, spreadsheets and paper forms a small or mid-sized hire firm usually runs on. Before the hire: a booking diary shows every vehicle at a glance. A booking page for your own website lets customers choose dates and send an enquiry; nothing is confirmed until you say so, and a vehicle can never be double-booked. Customer records hold licence expiry, documents, a blocked flag and warnings about duplicates. A registration lookup fills in make, model, colour, fuel and MOT date. On the day: staff do the handover and return on a phone. The app needs seven photos, records mileage and fuel, notes damage and takes the customer's signature on your own hire agreement. It keeps working without signal and uploads when signal returns. Customers can also be sent the agreement by email or text to sign on their own phone before they arrive, and the signed PDF is stored on the booking. After the hire: invoices go out as PDFs with your logo and name. Overdue reminders send automatically at 1, 7 and 14 days if you switch them on. A damage register keeps photos and repair estimates, and a fines tab links a fine to the booking that had the vehicle and prints the letter to the hirer. It also covers long-term rental with monthly invoicing, courtesy cars, deliveries and collections, branches, a vehicle preparation list, reports (utilisation, sales, deposits, aged debtors), CSV import of vehicles, customers and bookings, and CSV export for Xero. Pricing is by fleet size, with every feature on every plan: £49 a month up to 30 vehicles, £89 for 31 to 100 and £129 for 101 to 250. No VAT is added and there is no contract. Data is stored in London and each company's records are separated at the database.
