What do you like best about Motivosity?

What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?

How we communicate information to employees who don't have work email, which is over half of our workforce. Building community within the company when employees don't work in the same facilities. The app allows us to share information in one platform and all employees get the same information. I am blown away by how our employees were instantly using the app for sharing information, creating spaces, and thanking their coworkers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like being able to give others praise, and also say Happy Birthday ahead of time, cause it's not easy to do that daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When you have an Alert, and click on it, it doesn't let you look at each one in order. The one click clears the alerts, and you have to reopen and choose each one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Motivosity?

I love that it gives us an easy and meaningful way to show appreciation to our coworkers. Even the small monthly amounts let us brighten someone’s day and recognize the people who make our job easier. It helps build positivity, connection, and gratitude throughout the team. The only thing I would change is having a little more flexibility with the amount of money or reward options. Sometimes it would be nice to give a slightly higher recognition when someone goes above and beyond. Overall, the system is great and very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's helped build a more positive and connected work environment by making it easy to acknowledge the people who support us.
