We've been able to utilize it in different ways to get even more out of it. It's allowed us to create and grow a sense of team culture in a small, fully remote team. Anytime I've need assistance, customer support has been easy to reach and answers have been easy to find. Because it's a relatively simple platform, implementing it into our process was simple and using it on a regular basis has been easy as well. **What do you dislike about Motivosity?** There are some things that I think could be more streamlined. There are some things that I think could be better tailored for small companies. I'd like to see options for even more features. **What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employee recognition and engagement. Before Motivosity, we really didn't have a way to do this - especially in a way that was visible to others. We have a small but diverse team. The platform encourages frequent, meaningful shoutouts that help team members feel seen and valued. I particularly like the visibility it gives to positive contributions and how it creates momentum around appreciation. The ability to tie recognition to company values is also a great feature that helps reinforce our culture in a consistent and engaging way. From an admin perspective the insights and reports make it easy to see where the engagement is happening and who it is happening with. **What do you dislike about Motivosity?** One of the challenges I’ve encountered is getting consistent participation across all teams. While some groups are very active, others need more encouragement to engage with the platform regularly. I'm not always sure where to send my feedback so it can actually be acted upon when I'm requesting updates or changes that would make the experience better for Admins. **What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?** **1. Low Visibility of Employee Contributions** With teams spread across locations and departments, it can be hard to see the daily efforts of individual employees. Motivosity helps surface those contributions by making recognition visible to everyone, which strengthens awareness and appreciation across the organization. **2. Motivosity provides a standardized way to give and receive recognition, ensuring all employees feel valued regardless of where or how they work. **3.
