**What do you like best about motivislearning?**

What is most helpful about motives learning is that it's natively build on top of the salesforce platform making it work well with the CRM and community functionality.

**What do you dislike about motivislearning?**

Since Motovis learning was build pre-EDA (salesforce education data architecture) it's difficult to take advantage of EDA and motivis at the same time due to the many overlapping and duplicate objects.

**Recommendations to others considering motivislearning:**

Make sure you understand the schema and your own data models to make transition easier.

**What problems is motivislearning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to use Motivis for an LMS and the competency based model was something that would work well for our continuing education platform, but this model didn't play to well with our traditional course models. We were also very interested in their student information system. Because an SIS built on Salesforce would really allow us to have  a true 360 view of our students.
