Leaders use the Leader Compass to see how each person is motivated and prepare for real conversations, from feedback to conflict to re-engaging someone who has checked out, with situation-specific coaching for each individual. Teams use the Team Map to understand how their profiles fit together, turning friction into something explainable and solvable. At the organization level, the Motivation Atlas gives leadership an aggregated, anonymized view of motivation health by team and department. Unlike engagement surveys, which measure how people feel after the fact, employeeInsite surfaces what people need before engagement drops. There's no lengthy onboarding; value starts on day one. Built with privacy in mind, with SOC2-ready controls. employeeInsite is used by teams in agriculture, manufacturing, and professional services, including dispersed teams across multiple states and departments.
