I only make the changes on our English site, and MotionPoint does the rest. Maintaining multiple languages used to require making changes on each site individually. MotionPoint's customer service is on point. The staff is responsive and very helpful in resolving issues. **What do you dislike about MotionPoint?** Not so much a dislike, but I do wish the updates to the foreign language sites could be nearly instantaneous instead of a next-day delay. **What problems is MotionPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a federally funded transit system, we are required to make information available to those who speak English less than well or not at all. We do not have anyone on staff who is multi-lingual to assist with translations or interpreting. We provide the majority of the information related to our service on our website.
