I like that Motion generates a visually appealing report much faster than pulling excel data manually, which leaves us more time for strategy. I appreciate that we can easily pull the metrics we want, filter for specific types of creatives, and stay up to date with competitor research. I really appreciate Motion's AI tools; they're probably the biggest game changer for me. The ability to generate reports in the background and identify key action points is a major time-saver. I also like the tagging and explore tools because they're quite useful. The user interface is very clean, which makes it easy to understand the metrics. Additionally, setting up Motion was very easy. I think there are certain times where the AI would make suggestions that go against the brand's intention, even if that certain aspect the AI is critiquing has been tested to work through in-house testing. What do you dislike about Motion? Downsides of using Motion is that you cannot compare creative performance per tactic on one slide. For example, I'd love to see how creatives performed in View Content compared to the creatives in Purchase campaign, but to do so I need two separate reports on two separate tabs. We have so many creatives (and with the focus of how much more we'll need) this gives us an easier way to review, find out what elements of the creative are working/not working and especially in keeping tabs on competitors/able to keep track of new ideas. I find Motion super helpful for isolating what kind of creative is working and what's not. I also really appreciate the ability to customize reports to show whatever data I want, which is super helpful. They are constantly releasing new ways to customize things and isolate different kinds of creative. Additionally, I appreciate the AI options in the platform that pull from the data Motion uses and share back insights, thoughts, and ideas. It's super helpful. It's incredibly easy to set up reports, which saves me time. I also appreciate being able to tag posts and report back on those tags, allowing me to see which types of messaging resonate most with our audience. Sometimes the automatic tagging does not fully match how we would describe the creative concepts internally, so having more control or easier ways to adjust would be super helpful. They constantly add new features to improve the platform, which I really appreciate. The AI features they've added are great, and one of my favorite things is actually the webinars they host. They're always so helpful and a huge resource. The initial setup was very easy with great onboarding, and it was nice to speak to a real human on a call. It felt very personal and helpful.
