The notifications including Slack integration are awesome but could be dialed in a tiny bit and/or include a walkthrough to set the right notification level without trial and error. The tool lets you set thresholds for receiving alerts based on performance changes, with High/Medium/Low sensitivity, plus has settings for weekly email reports. It would be helpful to at least have a walkthrough that helps you prevent getting so many alerts that they just become noise, while letting enough through that you are getting regular, insightful prompts about possible issues and areas of focus. The range of features and functionality are exactly what we were looking for with this product. We were originally looking at a product to supplement our existing online marketing clients with an additional notification and dashboard driven product. Morphio is an intuitive platform that is easy to setup and get going within in minutes! No complicated or lengthy on-boarding process. Their detailed on-boarding videos and resource guide make it easy to find the answer to any questions, in addition to a very supportive and responsive team to guide you if needed.

Users can easily navigate throughout Morphio to quickly gather the key insights that matter most in one spot without having to login to multiple platforms. I really appreciate the anomalies features across channels and KPIs to quickly highlight performance fluctuations to further look into.

In Morphio, you enter your KPI goals, so you can see in real time were you are with your performance, unlike in typical tool (like GA), where you can only see your absolute number (ex. the tool will tell you that you are at 85% of your goal completion objective, GA would only tell you that you have X completed goals).
