They managed the entire process for me and I also had the aiblity to make updates on my own. They help with everything from branding to script, to media. It was great to let them focus on that while I was focused on managing my business. **What do you dislike about Morphic?** The product could be a little more self-serve, which I believe is in process. Even without that, the team was able to manage everything so it didn't need to be self-serve for someone like me **What problems is Morphic solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was using a godaddy template site prior which looked awful, but I don't have the design or development experience to create a better web presence myself on something like Webflow. Morphic handled all of this and my web presence is much more professional ### 2. There seems to be nothing that I cannot achieve with them related to my site. **What do you dislike about Morphic?** I really can't say. I dislike the fact that I didn't find them first. I dealt with three other website guys before I met Weston, and those experiences were frankly dreadful. **What problems is Morphic solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had an outdated site and was no longer getting calls or form submissions for my services. When we went live with Weston's site, I'm getting amazing client interest. And not just quantity, but quality leads. ### 3. When a friend told me about Morphic I jumped in right away and got really excited that I could see my business site coming together before my eyes and I'm not a designer at all. It made lots of decisions and set things up so I didn't really have to work too hard or make many decisions. **What do you dislike about Morphic?** Initially I thought the designs seemed a little too minimal (I have a fun branded business), but after it explained the designs in the Design Walkthrough, I understood what it designed and really liked it. It was easy to expand upon. **What problems is Morphic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Morphic seemed to understand my business and design for me. It also provided some design and website best practice explanations that was above and beyond what I have come to expect from website builders, but I think this is actually more like a smart design platform than a website builder where you have to be the designer and do it all yourself, which usually doesn't end well. ### 4. Our website designed on their platform is easy to build & maintain, looks great across a variety of devices, and supports all the functionality that we need. Customer service has also been exceptional, though we haven't had to leverage that as much because the self-service nature of Morphic eliminates a lot of the roadblocks that you'd experience working with a traditional agency. **What do you dislike about Morphic?** No complaints, our experience has been very seamless over the past 2+ years that we've used the Morphic platform. **What problems is Morphic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Morphic allows us to circumvent the traditional agency model to be able to effectively build and maintain our website ourselves, but also let's us continue to benefit from the design expertise and best practices that wouldn't be "out of the box" with WordPress or equivalent. ### 5. Having just moved off Squarespace, I can confidently say it transformed my thinking around what's possible for my team's website. The platform is super flexible, and in the end, I got a visually-appealing website that best represented our brand. Throughout the process, I didn't need any design or coding expertise, which was necessary because I don't have any. Last thing... the people I worked with were incredibly responsive, and they listened to everything I had to say regarding the format of the site. **What do you dislike about Morphic?** It's a more expensive solution than Squarespace, but definitely not prohibitvely expensive. After spending time on a number of competitor website platforms, we continued to run into headaches as we tried to 'customize' existing templates -- issues only solvable by figuring out the code. Morphic offered the same 'DIY' option as the others, but was much more customizable and dynamic. Morphic allows us to easily make changes to our website while still maintaining strong site performance. If you are frustrated with the DIY solutions on the market, but are not looking to spend a significant amount with a design agency, Morphic is a great solution. **What do you dislike about Morphic?** Occasionally I have run into a bug when making edits, but the Morphic team is very quick to respond and address these minor issues.
