MorningZero is a unified inbox for professionals who manage several email accounts: agency owners, consultants, fractional executives and founders. Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365, iCloud, Yahoo, Fastmail, Zoho and IMAP accounts arrive in one list behind one login. Every message is triaged by AI as it lands and sorted into "Needs you" or "Other", with a visible reason you can correct. Teams can write rules in plain English, search across every mailbox at once with Ask Zero (answers cite the source emails), and review reply drafts written in their own voice. Nothing is sent automatically. Security: Google CASA assessed, Microsoft verified publisher. Email is never used to train AI models, and message bodies are not stored on MorningZero servers. Available on web, macOS, Windows, Linux and Android. Plans start at $19/month with a 14-day free trial, no card required.
