"LOTS of data"

What do you like best about Morningstar Office?

We are very happy with Morningstar Office. It provides what seems like an unlimited amount of data with very robust reports. We're able to customize our own Quarterly Reports so it has our logo on it as well as the look and feel we were going for. We're also using the software in conjunction with TRX to help us with trading in our client's accounts. We've decided to use the Back Office Support (BOS) Team to do our reconciliation as well which has been a HUGE time saver for us! I also can't say enough great things about their customer support. They are great at handling tough problems that may arise and always follow up when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Morningstar Office?

There are SO many reports and SO much data that it can be difficult to find exactly what you are looking for. I've had to call the support team on occasion just so they can point me in the right direction. There are also some reports that I would love to see customizable. The Billing Statement (Invoice) for example is a standard format that cannot be changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Morningstar Office:

I would recommend going to lots of training sessions when they come to your area. Even if you think you are familiar enough with the product I've always found that we learn a few new things at the trainings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
