I've been using Morningmate as a groupware-like work system at my company for about a year now, and it's a very well-implemented software that does everything from basic bulletin board, work information sharing, and file management to email management, calendar management, calendar search, and meeting coordination with members within and outside the team. I have a large team with many members, and this tool works perfectly for managing everyone's tasks. It makes it easy to see who is working on what and how far along they are, so managing progress is much more straightforward. It also integrates seamlessly with Gmail and Google Calendar, which makes scheduling extremely efficient. I can turn incoming emails directly into tasks and assign them to team members — this saves us a lot of time in managing daily operations. The built-in chat feature is another big plus. It allows us to communicate with the team and start video meetings anytime, effortlessly. Because we've streamlined so much of our workflow, we're now able to spend more time focusing on our actual business — and that’s made a huge difference for us. However, it’s not a major issue that affects our work, so we’re just hoping this will be improved in the future.
