After using Microsoft Teams for a long time, I found Morningmate to be far more convenient. I once thought the simple UI/UX of Teams was sufficient, but after using Morningmate, I realized the clear difference between a basic chatroom and a true collaboration platform. The task alignment and organization features of Morningmate are my favorite aspects. They make it significantly easier for both myself and my team to manage ongoing projects compared to before. Very intuitive design that allows quick adaptation even for those unfamiliar with collaboration tools. - Easy systematic management based on project structure. - ONE STOP work management solution. While there are many aspects to praise about this platform, and many reviews have already covered those points, I'd like to focus specifically on the design aspect. The biggest issue I've experienced with other collaboration tools is the "reluctance to use" feeling that comes from unattractive UI. These tools create complex emotions every time you open the app, constantly reminding you that you're working. Complicated, cluttered interfaces that approach design from the developer's perspective rather than the user's perspective only make this situation worse. As most products on the market are reaching higher standards across the board, they're meeting similar requirements at every level. In this case, the competitive edge will definitely be UI and graphics that possess aesthetic appeal. In this regard, Morningmate meets the needs of both myself and my team. I highly recommend it if you want to experience the immersion that intuitive UI provides. If you have no experience with collaboration tools or want to improve your team's adaptability, this could be a strong choice. The satisfaction these aspects provide me is exceptionally high. What do you dislike about morningmate? - Would like more flexible and active navigation between documents across projects - Writing support features are somewhat lacking despite being note-based (for example, no markdown support) - Cannot open multiple browser tabs, making physical movement between projects inconvenient Of course, these points might just be specific issues I've noticed from using this solution extensively. I also agree with several points mentioned in other reviews below. However, I believe all these issues will soon be overcome. This is because I actively provide feedback on these aspects, and the development team responds immediately, accepts them as VOC (Voice of Customer), and implements changes. I can feel the gradual improvements through weekly updates. It seems quite different from when I first started using it. I probably won't be able to leave this solution! I manage a considerable number of projects and prefer to keep detailed records of everything. That's why I appreciate the stability this system provides. Since I tend to be somewhat conservative in wanting to document content modifications and access, it's easy to keep individual records for these aspects. I can also set up overall workflow management, and through this feature, it's easy to identify differences from previously completed work and develop upon them, making it very easy to understand what processes I've gone through.
